i don't think it's on upside down.

i've just tried to fit it the other way and it's even more difficult so i don't think so

i've heated the longer strips up on the radiator

then with the rain they've managed to go on better to the point where i think it's flush

so i believe it's fitted now. don't think it will come off

I was going to suggest heating them. Ours were fitted by a body shop who painted the roof so I never saw them fit it
