axle breathers was created by darthloachie
Anyone got any pictures of where they ran the pipes from the axle breathers to the snorkel or engine bay etc?

No piccies mate but front axle up alongside rigid brake lines under servo and up to near the throttle body pulling it away from the steering shaft held in place with cable ties.
Gearbox and transfer box along driver's side chassis and then follow route of front axle.
Have them above engine height cos if you submerged the engine that much you won't have a starter or alternator working so water in your transmission will be the least of your worries.
Or you could use some T pieces and run one out the top left side of the bonnet and up your cage.
Rear diff, remove drain plug in boot and poke through that or if your boot is different due to your rear winch drill a new hole for it to enter the boot and cable tie the end to something.

im just in process of fitting my snorkel iv made through original airbox and goin to run breathers inside the airbox as there is a unused hole in the bottom of the air box so ill be poking the line into there and a good helping of silicone to assist the water prooofing.

Dont follow them to close!
i did and wore a hole through a brake pipe, i didnt notice till i need the brakes, and there was none.
mine are now nowhere near anything brake related, along the chassi rails, up into the engine bay, along the bulk head, into the snorkel and ran up to the top of it.

Mine are run along the same routes but with plenty of slack. Cable tied to the pipes. Pipes run up into the offside wing(where the airbox used to be) and then up the rear of the snorkel into the head of the snorkel and then back down into the airbox (Rather than cut the pipe !!)
