Thanks Danny. Based on your photo the eBay one will not fit. I noticed that the small plastic wich supposed to cover the cable is on the wrong side. Basicaly the one on your photo and the one from eBay are mirrored copies of eachother. I will need to fabricate something then, but it will be an ugly one!

Finally I managed to find the OEM part number for the right cover: 36694-50J01

Even using the correct part number does not mean that most of the search result will give the right product. I got more accurate results on russan and japanese websites.
Next task is to find a new one for sale somewhere on this planet!
