Newbie quezzie was created by Keefe
Hi All,

Got a 01 Jimny and just had all the rear floor welded up, it was well rotten.
It has a 2" Rhino Ray spring lift with all the other tackle. Shocks, castor correction, etc etc.
I have just obtained a 2" body lift, complete except for the two front bolts.
Can anyone tell me the size, length, thread and type of bolts I need please?
Are they high tensile bolts? M10 or M12 x 1.25? Shank length, length of thread etc.

Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Keith:)

Hi Keith

I've got absolutley no answer to your question I'm afraid, but welcome to the forum anyway! :)

I'm sure someone will be along that's got a clue sometime.

Cheers!

Mick

I have a body lift kit still in the shop from an experiment to get them made up. If you can identify which bolts are the front ones I will tell you the size.

Hi both of you and thanks for the welcome.

Hope you don't mind but I've used your pictue, Martin.
I've circled the two bolts, and washers that I need.
They're the ones that go at the front.
I have a BAP bolts copmpany near me, so perhaps I might be able to get them there or have them made up, once I have the correct sizes?

By the way, great site, spent the last couple of days snooping around. Brilliant.
Hope I can be of some help too in the future.
