Is it a theoretical question?
Because in order to remove the radius arm in front you need to undo the bottom shock bolt, and move the shock aside, as the shock would impede the removal of the arm's middle bolt. So the answer is: no.
If you mean however, "Can I remove both front arms at the same time without displacing the front drivetrain?" then the answer is yes (as far as I know) - you just need to support the front drivetrain by jacks or by having the car on the ground and working from a pit. This would also require securing the wheels so that they don't move to the front or rear.
If anyone has another view on that - please let us know - I am about to fit polybushes and was thinking about the same thing: go one-by-one, or remove all the arms, fit the bushes, re-mount the arms.

Not theory, as I am about to REMOVE all my Poly and/or Super Poly Bushes and GO BACK to standard Suzuki Radius Arm Bushes.
In the past i took both Radius Arms off together, and it was a PITA to refit. So this time, I'll be taking one off at time. Which just mens a couple of trips to the "local/friendly" garage to use their Hydrulic Press

Why are you reverting to stock bushes? Any particular reason?
I have removed one arm only so far and refitting was already a problem but as I was using a garage with a pit I could easily position the drivetrain (is that the correct term? English is not my primary language) by pushing the wheel and the using one small bottle jack to push the arm exactly into a desired position.
So, as both wheels were on the ground I could easily remove the other arm too. If I had locked the wheel from moving it would be even easier to refit the arm.
I failed because the frame-end bolt rusted into the bush and I didn't want to cut it, as I had no spare bolts at that time.

some background.
I have a 3" Spring Lift, so therefore needed Caster Corrected Radius Arms, which i have from D&G Tuning (they are 'the dogs'). I started with standard Suzuki bushes (as supplied by D&G) but over time they of course wear out, and other similiar modded Jimny owners started using Poly and now SuperPoly. So i have used those. I find the SuperPoly to be "too soft" and i find the Poly (split to get them in without a Press) are coming apart under duress (I use my modded Jimny to its extent).
I also have a 'slight" DW at 32-36mph and I've changed everything except my "looks like they are wearing out Radius Bushes" ...
I managed to get a set of unused (good) Front Standard Suzuki Front Radius Arms for £40 - a set of bushes are well over tht from Suzuki ... of which are currently at my 'local/friendly' garage having the bushes removed for me.
Then, once i have the bushes, i need to remove my Radius Arms, to take them singly or as a pair back to 'locl/friendly' garage to fit into my D&G Radius Arms.
I do all this work in my standard concrete floor in my home/garage.

Thanks for the naming info - technical English is sometimes a challenge.
If you don't have a pit I would recommend one arm at a time. I assume you use a jack to lift (hoist? is that the proper term?) the car and have limited space underneath, so going one arm at a time seems to be a bit more reasonable
