Hi all, first timer on here..
Right just getting a jimny tomorrow and i want some steel modular rims for it, will the bolts off the alloys work ok or do i need different ones, if so wheres best to get them? Its currently got the 3 spokes fitted (mode alloys)
Also, is i 2" lift noticable or just go for a 3"?
Il post some pics etc up in another thread
Thanks in advance!

I fitted steel modular wheels in place of the 5 spoke alloys that came with my 2009 jimny the original wheel nuts were not long enough and I had to replace them I got them from 4x4tyres.com with the wheels, the locking nut and the Suzuki security bolt on the spare were ok.I have noticed there seems to be lots of them on ebay.

Alloy wheels need different nuts to steel because the angle of the nut as it meets the wheel is different. It has been known for the wheel nuts to come undone if the wrong ones are used.
