Help with my nuts please was created by Jutwit
Not those nuts

I've just bought steel wheels instead of my alloys and I'm confused about the nuts, I've searched and there doesn't seem to be a def answer, so I went on bits 4 vits to buy some and there's 2 types and they don't say alloy or steel, please help clarify what ones will work whether it's the original ones I got, or buy new from bits 4 vits

They look like alloy wheel nuts to me.

Its to do with the angle of the tapered bit I believe.

+1

I fitted alloys to a Suzuki Carry using the wheel nuts for the original steel wheels.
 The nuts pulled through the holes and I lost a wheel as I pulled into work!
You need nuts like the picture above.

Just driving in through the gate at work, wondering what the knocking noise was when BUMP!
Checked the other three wheels and all three were doing the same.

:)

That's a 60 degree (slope of the sides where it meets the wheel's mounting holes, which are bevelled to match) nut pictured above... like what I sell (among others)... which is the same as a standard Suzuki wheel nut.

The 19mm is the socket size needed, the actual nut is a 12mm metric fine with a 1.25mm pitch thread (as have all Suzukis).
