How best to dry out flooded jimny

I've got one of the dehumidifier bag things like Alex mentioned, they don't work miracles but do prevent it steaming up a bit. Might be worth looking into after you've dried the worst of it out.

I do over exaggerate sometimes lol
Could I leave the carpets out completely and have the rubber car mats down or is this a bad idea ?
Or will I just keep getting misted up everytime metal gets wet?
