Takes photos before you disassemble. Get some brake cleaner and degrease the adjusters, then regrease the sliders. Try and remember how far the adjuster screw is wound in to prevent the need to spend ages fiddling with the adjusters.
Put a dab of copper ease on the back plate where the shoes make contact to prevent sticking.
Finally, be prepared to swear and have no skin left on your hands when putting it all back together :woohoo:

Sounds like you need a proper machanic to do it if your not competant at doing a job aspecialy brakes wich is a major thing on a car why bother and risk getting it wrong crashing the car and may end up killing yourself or some one else i know people are trying to save money but it will end up costing more
