If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

Depends on how much time you have.
I've never seen the electric transfer, but on the lever type, the input shaft runs in two ball races, you split the casing, remove circlips and they come out, I doubt if much has changed.
Once they are out any good bearing supplier should be able to match them for you or you can read the bearing numbers and just order them.

Hello, in the lever type transfer case, the three oil seal are identicals. (29972-80050)
if you do not use original parts, with the helical ribbed seals be careful with the direction of rotation of the oil seals.
Front and rear shafts rotating in different direction, relative to the oil seal
Expel the oil out if wrong rotating

Thanks guys will give the bearing guy a call. Was hoping jimnybits would have a rebuild kit but there only for samari transfer. Not sure if they will help me out....
