You can get second hand standard transfer boxes for not alot of money as everyone in the Off-road world wants a Rocklobster, so their old ones are sold on and people with road cars generally don't have much trouble with them - the odd one has chain issues but they are generally reliable on road.
For this reason standard second hand ones are cheap. So as an interim solution you could get a second hand box with no issues off a scrapper that's never been off ze asphalt.
Rocklobsters do change your truck massively off road though - but whine - I can't hear nought - that might be because I can't hear nought at al ldue to my Rocklobster whining!

Yea thats what I've heard I had a bit more of a look at my hubs (all good are defiantly disengaged properly ) and jacked it up had it running in 2nd off the ground and sounds like the input bearing for the transfer defiantly making all the racket....... Will just save up and get a 2nd hander in a couple of weeks......
