Bonnet washer jets was created by jimnyonhigh
Today i noticed washer fluid bubbling around one of the washer jets, does anybody know a fix or how to take them apart ?
I seen a few universal jets for sale, could anybody recomend any good ones.

Thank you

Do you mean its bubbling when you're using it as in it seems blocked? Can't speak for the Jimny as mine work ok but with other cars I've just taken the nozzle off and either blown back through the hole or held it on the pipe so the water would go through the jet the wrong way and use the pressure to blow out and blockage. Hope that made sense as I couldn't really work out how to say it!

Hi thank you for the reply, yeah it does it after a few squirts and starts to bubble up around the jet, the other one is fine.
It is not a mssive issue but i was just curious, regarding the jets themselfs are thay easy to take apart ? i could not see a nut or anything to loosen the jet itself and did not want to brake it.

Sounds like there is a tiny piece of crud stuck in the pipe that moves up with the flow to then block the jet hence why you get a short squirt before it starts to bubble. On my other cars the pipe just pulls off from the inside and the washer then clips to the bonnet. You should be able to remove it without any tools unless Suzuki have done something radical just to make our lives difficult. If I remember tomorrow I will have a look to check on mine.

Checked under the bonnet this afternoon and it won't require any tools just pop the pipe off by hand then the jet pops off with two clips. Run the washer without the jet to clean through the pipe then try and run water back through the jet the wrong way to flush any debris out the jet itself. Should sort it in a few minutes.

If all that fails I am planning on running a hose from the washer jet and attaching it to the wiper so your wipers don't get full of mud!
