HELP!!
I know I'm not the first and certainly won't be the last to suffer this but I am reaching the end of my tether over trying to solve the dreaded wobble on my 2001 Jim to the point where I am prepared to try a couple more things or its going as its spoiling my enjoyment!
What really bugs me is some days I can get in and drive and its fine (no wobble) I can then park up get in it a few hours later and it has the wobble!?! WTF!
Here is what I have done so far:
1. Replaced Anti Roll Bar Drop Links (Old Ones Were Knocking, Realise These Probably Have No Involvement In The Wobble!)
2. Replaced Wheel Bearings (Front)
3. Replaced & Shimmed King Pin Bearings (Both Sides)
4. Fitted Polybushes To Panhard Rods (Front & Rear)
5. Fitted New Discs & Pads (Front)
6. Refurbed Brake Callipers (BigRed Seal Kit)
7. Had Wheels Balanced (All 4, Twice!)
8. Had Wheel Alignment Done
9. Adjusted Nut On Steering Box
10. Swapped Wheels Around
Sometimes stamping on the brakes to the point of emergency stopping at the time the wobble starts will stop it for a short while but it eventually returns.
I have read posts till my eyes hurt and as far as I can tell I have 3 things left to try:
1. Replace Radius & Trailing Arm Bushes
2. Replace Tie Rod Ends & Have Tracking Done Again!
3. Fit Balancing Beads
4. Fit Steering Damper
Other than driving at speeds above or below 45-50 mph Is there anything else I should consider replacing or adjusting?
It has 15†Oz Wheels with General Grabber AT2’s.
I am really frustrated that I can’t pin point the problem… I normally work on all my cars myself and have never had a problem I can’t fix but I am now considering paying someone to sort this so does anyone know of a reputable Suzuki Specialist in the Cheshire / Staffordshire / Derbyshire area?
Thanks for any suggestions.

Sounds like mechanically it should be OK. There is a recent thread on here about tyre beads.
They get put inside the tyre and when driving along, they dynamically balance the wheel. No gimic, Jimny owners seem to have success with these.

Id try steering damper before beads as you already have your tires balanced then if no luck maybe tie rod ends and re aligned

I'm reluctant to fit the damper yet as I feel it's just masking a mechanical problem but having changed most things I'm thinking tie rods next and if that fails maybe a damper.
Balancing Beads are cheap enough so worth a punt I think based on other users good experiences.
Does anyone know if the poly bushes that fit standard radius and trailing arms also fit after market arms like ORA? Don't want to fork out for them and then have to buy more if I ever changed them for uprated ones in the future!
