Diahatsu fourtrak independent arches might be worth a look at, they seem wide.

Thanks for all your help guys went for Wrangler £166 for a set they call them 7 inch but spoke to the guy from Jeepy.com
(seems to run a operation like Martin even invited me to some of there events damn nice chap)He said they come up at 6.5inches wide inside dimension so bang on for what i needed also ordered my snorkel from Martin so get that all fitted and roll cage and rock sliders will be next

They should look spot on mate, looking forward to seeing them fitted :),

Do you think they are going to fit ok with a cage they will need a fair bit of trimming around the bars that run each side of the doors, also how well does the snorkel Martin sells fit with a cage? i dont think i have seen one fitted with a cage.

Going to be a inside hoop to MSA standard. For challenge events beleive it or not you dont need a roll bar but if you do it has to be to MSA regs same with crash helmet not required but if you do must be MSA spec work that 1 out coz i cant anyway so will build myself a outer cage to suit which give me a free hand to do pretty much what i like with it providing inner cage is MSA spec even toying with the idea of having outer cage removable 6 bolts and off it comes will be just running 1/2 rubber sheet for wheel arches on events dont think me Wrangler ones will last long being beat to death on trees and stuff
