As a Defender has same track and body width front and rear I'm having a hard time understanding how rear extended arches in any way should be wider than front ones.

They r a slightly difrent shape front to rear

Yeah okay. The rear ones are longer. But Dave needs them to be around 50-60mm wider than the Defender extended ones. That's quite a lot :-)

Perhaps some Jeep Wrangler ones could do.
