Hose-pipe and nozzle to the Gearbox is great idea B) - but I'm not so sure about using that to get oil into the Transfer Case :(

I already have a 10litre Oil Safe ( www.oecinternational.com/products/oil-safe ) system which i use for generic 80/90 Oil ...

So, I suppose I will have to clean that out completely, and use it for my swanky (read expensive) Evolution 2 Fully Synthetic Gear Oil

I use the same oil syringe as Facade and it's the best way to get the oil in to the gearbox, i got my syringe from screwfix.

It works for me ;)

My syringe did start leaking out of the handle, the next time I took it apart to clean I tightened up a nut on the plunger that squashed the seal out wider.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)
