leaking rear driveshaft seal was created by LiamAshurst
Hi.
After moving the car off the drive this morning a puddle of oil was noticed, after putting the car up on a garage ramp it appears to be the seals on the back left driveshaft. Anybody have any ideas of the best place to source the parts from and how easy or hard the job will be.
Thanks for any help.

Do you mean the axle oil seal inside the axle?
If so your bearing is most likely shot.
Bearing kit is here www.bigjimny.com/store/index.php/service...it-non-abs-/p_5.html
If you are confident that it is just the oil seal then that is here www.bigjimny.com/store/index.php/service...le-oil-seal/p_9.html
But I would suggest that something has caused the seal to fail, such as the bearing or a bent driveshaft

that sounds more like it. I'd been told that it would most likely be caused by a worn bearing.
Thanks
