Just check t/box mtg and intemediate prop joints between g/box and t/box have known the prop to cause this on other 4x4s but is usually mtgs.

Ok, well replaced the transfer box mount drivers side and still doing it, I've noticed that when this sound occurs the 4x4 gear knob is moving (a lot) and sidewards to the point if i pull away fast it nearly touches the seat under the torque i guess. Any ideas??
