You actually only need the lift kit and steering spacer. Longer brake lines are really only needed if you are doing a spring lift and body lift. They are advisable if going serious offroading but not essential.
I had standard lines on for quite some time with a 2" body lift and a 2" spring lift but as I now have a 4" spring lift I needed longer lines.
