I am sure you guys with rocklobsters have overcome this one. My Jimny front prop flange appears too big for my sj front output flange. I darent drill through the prop flange as there doesnt seem enough metal on the rocklobster flange not to break out of the edge.
The prop length seems just right so I dont want to fit a spacer either.

Rotate and re-drill, yes it is near the edge but I managed mine without going through.

Just drill it! No fear!
There won't be any forces affecting the bolts or holes. It's the friction between the flanges that transfers all the power, so basically the bolts just provide that friction by clamping those flanges tightly together, so it really doesn't matter how thin the edge is.
