emmisions warning light

emmisions warning light was created by geoff75
about a month ago i had a new exhaust fitted the piece with the cat on ,the next day a warning light came on the dash in the manual it says its something to do with emmisions (i,m not very mechanical) could it have something to do with the exhaust is there a way to get the light off thanks geoff

Sounds like a lamda sensor has not been reconnected or has been damaged.

on the exhaust may have one after the cat and one before with 4 wires going to it

Did you not think to return to the exhaust fitting place, could be they damaged a sensor or forgot to refit correctly :ohmy:

if thay forgot to refit i think he would no about blowing out of about a 15mm hole
