How can i upgrade my exhast system?

Wondering what modifications i can do to make the old girl sound a bit better, got a standard exhaust at the moment.

was wondering about decatting? or removing back box? or even a straight through?

any help or ideas please?

De-cat pipe is a good start , stops you wreking it when off-roading to just pop it back on for mot .
KnN panel filter will sort out the suck and an after market backbox takes care of the blow
I have a snorkle KnN and a homemade bike backbox and its sounds awsome and gets off the line much better even with the girders for bumpers winch and rollcage big wheels etc etc

Sweet, il guessed il have to put the cat back on for the mot but thats not a problem i have just a straight pipe on with the same fixing ends as the cat so its just a simple case of undo the bolts and bolt the other bit in place. does sound a lot better now.

get an old scrap cat knock the guts out of it and fit that as long as it look like a cat it will pass an mot on that part BUT many suzukis dont go trought a cat emissions test and thay are not printed in the mot test centers emmisions batabase book so thay have to put it trough a none cat test with the reading of CO NO HIGHT THAN 3.5% HC NO HIGHER THAM 2000 PPM AND THE LAMBDA IS NO TESTED so as long as it looks like a cat is fitted then thay should pass it but you may have to tell them about looking it up in the book as a lot of testers are not awere of this
