transferbox seal was created by stevedumptruck63
hi guys,
i was under the jim on sunday pulling bits of grass and so forth from the underside after the weekend at holymoorside, and i noticed the rear seal is leaking on the transferbox,
is it a simple fix ?,looks like i would just have to remove the prop bolts, and then is it just a case of prying out the old seal and fitting the new one? thanks in advance steve

May be easier to drop the box , getting the old one out is ok but putting the new one in can be tricky . Just make sure its going in square they like to go in wonky

it is slightly easyer with box off but you can do it with it on & it means less work

remove prop bolts , then remove flange nut & flange off the box then you can get to the seal
