Useing Bits4Vits spring spacers + jimny body rubbers.1st,wd40 all body mounting nuts, let it work in for about 1 hour. While you're waiting remove the 2 lower back bumper bolts, next remove front bumper + headlights. On the drivers side you will find a brakepipe junction, undo the bolt + unclip the brake pipes, you will need to push this up a little when you start to lift the body + unclip vac pipes, you will need to make a bracket for the junction when you're finished. To start lifting the body you will need a trollyjack + 6, 40x40mm pieces of wood about 24" inch long long, undo all nuts + bolts on the body mounts, take off rubbers one side at a time, cut the rubbers with a hacksaw where the rubber curves in at the bottom, stand the jack on 2 bits of wood useing 2 on top of the jack arm & lift the body on the floor pan, starting on the drivers side. Lift the body til you can fit the large rubber onto the upper body rubber using mastik, you need to hold it on.Lower it back down slowly onto the chassis using the small rubbers under the washers + nuts. Do not tighten till the end of the job.Do the same job on the other side but you need to unclip the brake pipe first. Then refit the lights + bumpers + tighten all nuts + bolts. Good luck,Baz. 50mm lift for about £90.
