I wonder why there's only a rear relocation bracket? With a 3 inch lift and one of these it'd be even worse as your rear axle would be back in line but the front'd be offset?

This is a fair point.

I think at the least buy some adjustable rods and if you can, buy the bracket also.

I don't doubt that by putting the panhard rod level using a bracket you put it in it's optimum place - BUT most of us run a lift of 3" or more without the bracket - myself included with no ill effects and the bracket is a recent invention and we've survived thus far without it so we can get by in the future.
