Have you bust one ?
Normally its just a case of adding some heat to the surrounding area and knocking it out through the back
Iv not done it on a jim but replacements are available so guessing you can

if its much like replacing them on other cars just hit them from the front (where your wheels bolt on) out the back with a big hammer, newer cars they come out pretty easy with just a hammer, but id say older cars would require some heat on the plate they are attached to, to expand the holes to free them up.

just hit it hard a few times it will pop out then us some washers and a wheel nut to pull it back in again job done
