my jimny is fitted with a stainless tubular rear bumper and has some corners made from i guess a standard rear bumper. i am toying with the idea of putting a standard rear bumper back on but i dont know whether the mounts on my chassis have been altered.
so...........
does anyone have a pic of a standard jimny with the rear bumper off showing the mounts ??????????

They fix along the edge of the boot, under the body light clusters and then in the wheel arch. There's 2 screws at the bottom too but they shouldn't cause too much trouble, if the holes aren't there anymore you should be able to find some suitable way of attaching it there.
thanks but i'm not sure what's been chopped from mine. really need a pic of a jim with the rear bumper off to see what it's got to compare to what i have. the biggest problem with mine is the lower rear lights are sheeite. think i'll leave the stainless bumper on and move my lighting up to the rear wing clusters
