Has anyone fitted a 2 inch lift kit from jimny bits? I would like to know what it is like and if you need to fit castor correction and extended brake lines with it as well?

Yes you will need extended brake hoses and preferably fit them first or at the same time. I did my springs first (2 inch Jimny bits) and needed spring compressors as the brake hoses didn't let the axle drop far enough. :( I bought castor correction bushes but haven't fitted them yet and yes they are required, mine currently tends to wander in tramlines etc. :)

Sorry I should have said Jimnybits did a package through Ebay springs, shocks and bushes after I emailed. I got hoses from Llama.

hi,
I have fitted jimnybits 2" shocks and springs + extended brake lines + adjustable panard arm set. It is OK so far. Of course it is better to fit caster correction, but I haven't.
In the future, if I want 3", caster correction will be a must!

I made all mods together, so I cannot answer from my experience. Anyway, the adjustable panhards are stronger than stock ones.
