As far as iam aware castor correction bushes only correct the angle on a 2" lift. For 3" you would need new arms. So what ever bushes you get, poly or rubber, they will be for 2" lift.
I only sujested polybush so if it doesnt work you can re-ajust you angle easily. If you have a hydraulic press to hand rubber ones wont be an issue, getting them in and out.
If you do get polybush Superpro are regarded as the best. Its what i have in mine. Nice and easy to fit
I surpose you realy want to know if it will work before you put them in anyway

I think if you can find a set of three inch correction bushes that it would definitely work as you suggest. I've been thinking about doing this for my rear axle to nose down the drive input and move the axle slightly rearward for better coil spring dynamics. I've seen 2" rubber correction bushes somewhere.
As for the front don't waste your time on bushes, save the coin and install arms, much better outcome.

I could be wrong but i dont think you can get 3" corrected bushes. I guess the bush is physically not big enough to take up the amount of off-set needed.
