How to get more flex and wheel travel from a Jimny

Are you the same 300bhp as on Pistonheads?
If so you seem to know what you are talking about when it comes to off roading
I can't answer your question but other more serious modders will...
I think what I'd like to do is actually build a 4x4 "sleeper" as it were. I'd like to keep it very stock looking, but have it very capable underneath, so as to surprise some of the Land Rover boys.
I don't mind lifted vehicles for the right reasons, but in the past I have gone with arch trimming in preference to a lift.
What sort of extended shocks are available for the Jimny? I know in the LR world +2, 3 and even 5" shocks are the order of the day with revised rear shock top mounts. Even accepting the limited travel offered by the front suspension design.
Does anyone offer anything like cranked or "long arm" conversions for the Jimny? I watched a vid on YouTube the other day of a black Jimny which seemed to have quite a bit of flex, sadly don't know what it was running though.
