Dear All,
I have looked at the photos of other members cars for inspiration (and may have missed something) but can not see anywhere on the net a simple and easy solution that can be achieved without the use of a welder to add good strong recovery points tot he front of a Jimny without changing the front bumper at all.
I have only just bought my vehicle and have not had time to get underneath it to study it yet during daylight hours to work something out for myself.
Can anyone suggest something? I don't want to fit a winch to the vehicle.
I have seen many good ideas on SJ's and see that a chap makes threaded bars with shackles on the ends that goes through the front chassis tube on an SJ or Vitara but the similar tube on a Jimny has a kink in it and is further back on the chassis.
Any Ideas?

235/85R16 Maxxis Bighorns on 16" Rims, 4:1 Rocklobster, Rear ARB locker and on-board air
Corrected arms all-round, rear disks, Recaro seats and harnesses

I think there are no real solutions at the moment without welding or bumper modifcations.
The standard Suzuki recovery points should be ok enough for recovering the Jimny itself, but you are neven going to pull a Landrover out with them!
