You will probably find that most Jimnys are priced a bit higher at the minute because the bad weather is on the way, more market for them.
I do 25miles a day in mine for work and its ok for that but not sure i would fancy doing double that... unless i put some road tyres on it. Hills are a killer with insa turbo saharas ha ha!

i quite like knowing i have to pootle along..........................its like when i drive my wifes jimny....its 60 mph and i just relax 
I have been to see a few Jimny's.................that were terrible..some private, some from dealers.
All of the modded ones seem to be pretty extreme theres a couple on here now .....but they have 5" lifts or 2-3" lifts and 2" body lifts................might have to consider something and REDUCE the height a bit

Ive never been in a standard height one so dont have anything to compare.
it drives ok on the road i think, just could do with a bit more power for the hills. 40mph in 3rd up Rowlands Gill bank and thats it, wont go any faster.
Maybe its coz im used to 350bhp dragging me up a hill
