Hi
This is my first posting but I've been a long time lurker on this site
Has any one seen or built a rear bumper with swing arms? I would like to build a bumper to hold the spare wheel and also a jerrycan. The lack of fuel carrying capacity is a major limitation here in South Africa esp if one wants to tour our neighboring states

Hi Woolf this is the only bumper I could find with a swing arm, you might be able get some to make one.

Thanks dirtydogs
That is almost exactly what I want although I will build it with two swing arms. I have been tinkering with this idea for a while now. I have built bumperlets similar to those shown in the picture and it is nice to see the concept in practice. I tried the KAP Suzuki ones but they did not give any space below the lights to allow the pivot to be fitted there. Back to the drawing board but this is going to help tremendously.
