I'm 99.9% sure the hubs haven't been locked on but its on the list, axle casing i will check with fingers crossed and anything else thats crossable!
Anybody else want a stab, feel free, all possibilities will be gratefully accepted.

problem is it could be a number of things:

As mentioned before:

Wheel bearing
Bent axle
Stuck hub turning driveshaft
