I had to completely split the lower part of the bumper (looks like srcars is a newer shape than mine - mine's a 99 model year):
You can see where I put the screws at the top (just behind each side of the reg plate) and the original points at the bottom:
But they are completely split and I couldn't get them to reattach once mounted:
The larger part of the bumper is mounted back to the body work as before lift - but with the bottom half detatched the top half is a less stiff. Hope this helps?

I was in a rush to get out and play in mine, so I never fixed the bottom bolts on, I hammered up the mountings and just left it like that. Bumper is secured everywhere else and in the last 16 months hasnt bothered me
