There is nothing in there to drain, just a bit of grease, the oil will be leaking through from your halfshaft oil seal beacause your king pins are worn. You will likely need to do the kingpin bearings oil seal and dust seals to cure it.

so what will i need? kingpin bearings, oil seals, dust seals? and what is the prosess of doing it?

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

There is a "How to" in the Information section here.
You need a pair of bearings and a halfshaft oil seal, Martin sells a kit in the shop.
Get a pot of the waterproof grease Martin sells as well.
You can get the swivel seal off eBay for about £24, so I'd refit the old one unless it is badly chewed up.

Its not a difficult job if you have a decent set of tools, martins guide is pretty good, you shouldn't have too much problems doing it yourself if you follow that, as facade says you can reuse the swivel seals, they are the big seals that the oil looks like it is currently leaking out of. Mine were brittle and old and i go through water regularily so just changed them as well.
