We have drilled and tapped many boxes out to M10 which has been very sucessful. You will need to drill your brackets to match also.

The bucket mount I build bypasses the mounting points on the Transfer Box to take away the stress from the mounting bolts! And it does a very good job of that. Much better IMO than using the tbox as a xmember with separate mounts as Suzuki originally designed,

Sorry about that but as I explained the positioning will be different on other kits. But if you send me your mounting arms I'll be happy to bridge them with a cradle that way you would keep your existing tbox position..

I asked him about one but he didn't seem keen to supply one if the rocklobster is already fitted

update on our transfer box
on one side of the transfer box there are 4 bolts that mount the box - of these one was snapped off,
two wouldn't tighten due to stripped threads and the fourth had worked loose.
These bolt into a cavity in the transfer box case so could not be helicoiled
so it has had a new bracket welded on it and the mounting kit altered to hold the weight of the box and to provide new mounting points
On the other side the rubber bushes were buggered so have been removed
Its now having the electrics sorted so we should get it back on Monday

Wall thickness is not a problem at all... We've drilled and tapped them out to M12 before in desperation during competition and they've held up just fine still!
