Clutch adjustment was created by Back in Black
I have just had my clutch replaced, which is nice.
However, I have gone from one extreme to another - worn clutch used the last couple of inches of travel to go from biting to fully engaged, now I have only the first inch of pedal movement to play with, it feels like an on/off switch!!
Is it possible to adjust the length of travel between fully in and fully out, at either the pedal or clutch end? Or is there something wrong? Either me or the clutch.

There is an adjuster on the cable where it attaches to the clutch arm underneath the car.

I've followed the clutch adjustment thread and altered the clutch pedal feel - a lot better now. It's more progressive (need to drive around a bit and tweak some).
Like an idiot though, I had the cover off, made an adjustment and went for a quick spin, came back to tweak again and drove over the cover!! Doh. I've stuck it back together but I will now need to visit Suzuki to try and get a replacement, im sure itll come off and i don't want muck getting in.
Thanks for the info, it's more driveable now.
