Hi,
Not sure about the emu kit - I have 225/75s fitted to fourtrak wheels with spacers and 2" shock spacers and had to do some cutting to the front arches. Still had rubbing at full lock until I fitted 2" body lift.

I also (still) get the 'wobble' at around/above 60! Next part is a steering damper to try and smooth the ride.

Without the spacers at front the cutting required is less. The offset on the 4trak wheels is bigger than the Jimny wheels, so this might have made a difference too.

Hope this helps?

I know it is daunting enough buying tyres but be aware that different brands come up bigger and smaller than it says on the sidewall.

So it is important to find someone with the same lift, offset of wheels and tyres you plan to get, like you are, so you know what rubbing to expect and what you need to do about it.

Martin has an entry in his blog off the home page about what he did to get this size of BFG MT's to fit and I think Maverick (Brett) is the author of a "How to" article on here covering arch mods.

Hope this helps.
