yes you can ... remove the radios arms just by removing the 3 crews holding them 2 in the front and 1 in the chassis and of you go .... just a warning, you will need a proper press to remove the old one. my ones took 5 tone to get out ... :ohmy:

As above best to remove one radius arm at a time, I did mine togeather and thought the axle would be fine on axle stands 
Took some major welly to get it back on single handed. I ended up removing the bushes the manual way because I was impatient and it not to bad a job. Guide here
