Front Prop clearance with Castor correction arms was created by Gary Whenmouth
Just fitted my front ORA 4.5' correction arms, however the front prop is catching the cross member which supports the gearbox.
Thinking if the best way to cure this is to fit a 25mm prop spacer to the (standard) transfer box end and raise the transfer box by 10mm to give clearance and droop to the prop shaft?

Any others got any experience with this?

i had noticed it was kinda close on mine too, I have my old SJ tcase fitted so i guess it has changed the geometry as it doesn't seem to catch. or i havent noticed it catching yet.....

it might be worth emailing ORA to ask about it......

I fitted my ORA 4.5" lift kit today and noticed the same. The prop was clear of the crossmember once I fitted the 35mm prop spacers that came with the kit. I fitted the spacer to the transfer case end of the prop shaft.

Thanks.

Looks like I need a 35mm spacer then! I only got the 4.5'' arms as i'm poor. I have 3'' springs and 1.5'' b4v spacers so 4.5'' overall.
I also found my prop splines were seized solid, so they will get a good clean up and grease while off.
Did the kit come with 2 x spacers? Not yet fitted the rears as apparently I spend to much time on Big Jimny, or under my Jimny, and not with her.

Just checked out kit contents and they have 2, just to answer my own question.

I suffer with that but she doesn't complain when she goes offroading, then she forgets the many hours I've spend maintaining the bugger and it's like the Jimny maintainence fairies have been at it and not me!!!
