Not sure if this has already been posted elsewhere but I thought since I had the Jim in bits I'd take some pics of how I got the above problem solved.

The tubes covering the Vacuum nipples was taken from a Carex handwash bottle pump (well two bottles actually, cut in half and doubled with a cable tie)

and the hoses where plugged using marine brass screws of same diameter as nipple, again secured with a cable tie.

Then all tied and tidied as per the photos. This way, the water stays out the hubs, and the vacuum system still recognises a Vacuum is present in the pipes - thus tricking it into keeping the light on

What exactly do those vacuum hoses do? My friend seems to have pulled one apart, it's comes under the front arm then seems to go into the front caliper. I haven't really looked at it to be honest.
I saw it apart and just pushed it back together.
Everything seems to be working 100%.

Cheers.

they lock your front hubs when you put the car in 4wd so do not remove them untill you have fitted free wheeling hubs or fixed hubs as it will stop your 4wd working
