The niva? from what Ive heard its a bloody good motor..... remember as well that its all personal opinions, according to either TOR or 4x4 ( got them both and cant remember where I read it ) the L200 gets the same on-road score as the jimny..... Im sorry but having driven both standard vehicles I can honestly say the L200 is ten times better on tarmac than the jimny.....
I did think that the mag that had comparisons and winners where the jimny was beaten by a disco was completely unfair tho..... every other car ( except bar maybe 1 ) it was up against was £30k - £50k or something ridiculous..... also its a small offroader.... you cant really compare to the likes of a disco which really isnt.
