Not unless it was added to the very last Gen 3s, there would be a key hole in the door shut or inside the glovebox marked "Airbag disable" or similar.
Suzuki recommend attaching child seats to the rear seat ISOFIX points only.
The handbook specifically warns NOT to use a rear facing child seat in the front, with a graphic image of what will happen if you do and the airbag goes off. (attached)
