Possibly a bit but I don't think much. It's mainly because we have so many imports in the country now. I saw a video from a dealer with 8 on a truck yesterday! Suzuki UK couldn't deliver 8 on a truck when the Jimny was at its peak. The cars we've lost from the BigJimny meet numbers are mostly because they sold up. I think they were seasonal Jimny owners in that now we are in summer they don't need a 4x4 and they turn to sports cars.

I still see LVCs like mine with more miles going for £24K and 2019 SZ5s for £20K.
Due to the warranty issues, that Suzuki doesn't warranty the imports, a UK car will still hold value.

It's a Jimny, it doesn't need a warranty.

My 2020 SZ5 is worth £22k according to my insurance company. Somewhere near there would be about right I suspect, although a replacement would probably cost me more.

That is still over list price for a car that is coming up to 6 years old.

My 2019 SZ5 is still worth more than I paid for it!

Which is encouraging until you realise that back in 2019 Freddos were 10p each, and now they are 35p, so £20k then was a great deal of money and now it only buys a poverty spec. Dacia!

Still, it is about the only thing that I have ever bought apart from the house, that hasn't lost money hand over fist.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)
