I thought I had a photo but I don't, I got the oil catch to the right, yellow block, both venting into it, intake both blocked.

you can try and loop back to the intake but that did not worked for me.

If you're going to install a catch can as shown in that diagram, it will need to have a breather of some sort.

What you're doing there is not so much installing a catch can as disabling the PCV system, if the catch can is not vented to the atmosphere, you will build pressure in the crankcase and run the risk of blowing seals (cam & crank) out.

Last, but not least, disabling any emission control system, can, depending on where you are, have expensive legal consequences.

Correct, you would have a breather on the top of the catch can, and correct you are bypassing the PCV system, but the car stopped smoking quite badly now.
