I recently had maintenance on my 2021 Jimmy and the Sony screen keeps showing me how to configure apple connect.  Also my steering wheel controls don't work. How do I correct this

Not a specific answer as I don't have that head unit.. it sounds like the unit has been disconnected for whatever reason and is now in demo mode and that whoever didn't plug all the connections in on the back properly. Assuming this was a main then their work should be warrantied so getting them to check it would be my first thought.

Mine must be set up again every time the power has been out of it. Could be just to read the manual and do the installation procedure again. Turn off the demo mode and activate steering wheel controls.
