3,000 mile road trip in my 2008 Jimny was created by Theo2008jimnymanual
Just completed a 3,000 mile round trip starting from London going through France, Germany, Austria and Italy, and returning through Germany Belgium and France. I ignored advice not to do the journey in a Jimny but the car did really well and I didnt have a single issue the entire time, except for being a bit underpowered especially with a full load in the back whilst climbing the alps. Its my first car so I don't have anything to compare it to so in my eyes it's as good a grand tourer as any. Looking forward to the next Jimny adventure

Lovely. I like a good drive in a jimny and that sounds like a nice gentle warm up.
