It is just a generic aftermarket cat converter from a motor factor. rated for much larger engines so often does not come up to full working temperature and making fault codes from time to time but not lately.
So might just be starting to clog up now and making my car perform a little less and pinging is coming back. pinging was never completely gone at very high revs at load but almost gone.
MOT again next week so maybe change it again after that.

Also my engine is doing the blue smoke after going downhill low gear on the motor brake for two years now.
Could be valve stem seals or piston rings, havent done a compression test yet. Could be from the pinging or bad servicing i guess.

Norway 2005 Jimny M16A VVT, 235 BFG MT, 2" Trailmaster, ARB rear lck, 17%/87% high/low gears.
