It is my general opinion that if you are single when you buy your first jimny be it any gen1 thru gen4, you will not be for long.
This is how i got married and still is 25 years later. My yellow SJ played a part in how my now wife noticed me.
And by asking around my mates in the Norwegian Suzuki Club they all (edit: or most) have similar stories and experiences.
So i have to ask here as well:
If you were single when you got your Suzuki Jimny, and how did that go?

I wasn't when I got my first jimny though 4x4 did help. But what my jimny have done is introduce me to some really interesting people and made friends I wouldn't have otherwise known.

Nope still single and I have owned a Jimny since I passed my test in 2013 albeit I did have a break from jimnys from 2016 - 2019 although I was driving BigJimny when that got back on the road in 2017 so I have pretty much been around jimnys the whole time. My cars do get some interest though and the other day a wealthy female boat owner at work was saying they would like my Gen 4. I have met some great people through the meets we've held and it's nice to have somewhat built up a little community across the UK of people who share the same love & passion for their cars.
